This activity is only open to D1230 + D2140 Rotary Youth Exchange inbounds + Rotex Rebounds.
This weekend,
we’re heading out together for a perfect mix of culture, Christmas charm, and good company!
On Saturday, November 29, we’ll travel to Aachen, where we’ll visit the impressive Cathedral, stroll through the beautiful city center, and soak up
the cozy atmosphere of the Christmas
market. In the evening, we’ll return to the Fruithoeve for a fun game
night hosted by Rotex — or a relaxed evening for those who prefer to
unwind.
On Sunday,
November 30, we’ll start the day with a delicious breakfast, followed by a fun surprise activity to wrap up the
weekend in style.
For those who can’t make it on
time on Saturday, there is the option to arrive on Friday evening and stay
overnight at the B&B — please make sure to let us know in advance if you’d
like to do so.

10:00 Departure (by car) to Aachen from Hasselt train station. Pick-up of students coming by train.
11:30-12:00 Arrival Aachen / Christmas market Parking: P+R Westfriedhof Vaalser Str., 52074 Aachen, Germany
12:00-14:30 Visit Cathedral (Dom) of Aachen, Domhof 1, 52062 Aachen, Germany
14:30-19:00 Free visit to Christmas Market and city of Aachen + Dinner, Markt, Katschhof and Münsterplatz

for D2130+D2140 RYE inbounds and rebounds.
Please note that Rotex participants (rebounds) are limited to 5 persons and cannot sleepover at B&B.
In
case of no show or cancellation less than 24h before the start of the event a
fee of 35 EUR will be charged.
